The story follows Mustafa, a social worker at a prison who specializes in writing psychological reports for inmates. After meeting an old classmate who has become a successful businessman, Mustafa realizes his own life has become stagnant and apathetic. To regain his "passion" and energy, he resorts to a fictional medical invention—a device or pill that is supposed to restore his drive—only for things to spiral out of control as he discovers he is actually fighting himself.
