Mirumo is actually a prince from the Muglox World who fled to the human world to avoid an arranged marriage with Rirumu (Rima).

The story follows (Katie Minami), a cheerful but shy eighth-grader with a crush on her classmate, Setsu Yuuki (Dylan Yuki). On her way home, she buys a mysterious blue cocoa mug from a shop.
