The story follows (Akasha Villalobos), a mother paralyzed by grief and agoraphobia following the suicide of her daughter, Samantha. A therapist named Jan (Peggy Schott) offers Ally a hallucinogenic tea that supposedly allows communion with the dead. Upon taking it, Ally begins to experience the same terrifying visions her daughter had before her death, leading her to discover "The Abuso," an African eye-stealing demon.
