Okinawa-kenpo is a karate style which has been developed based on ancient Okinawan martial arts called "Ti". Its technique and thought were studied and refined by a Tomari-te master, Shinkichi Kuniyoshi (also known as "BUSHI" Kuniyoshi) and passed down to Grand Master Shigeru Nakamura, the founder of Okinawa-kenpo. Grand Master Nakamura opened his own dojo "Okinawa-kenpo Karate-do Shurenjo" at Onaka, Nago city and taught his art of karate.

In the past, fashion photography was synonymous with the erasure of time. Today, a matured photoshoot embraces it. This genre focuses on "The New Guard of Elegance"—individuals who command presence through nuance rather than noise. The visual language shifts from high-contrast, frantic energy to soft, directional lighting that highlights the beautiful architecture of a life well-lived. It is less about "looking young" and more about "looking timeless." Elements of Style: The Mature Gallery
Matured fashion photography challenges the industry's historical obsession with adolescence. By placing seasoned subjects in the spotlight, it redefines beauty as a byproduct of experience. It tells the viewer that style is not lost with age; rather, it is refined, distilled, and ultimately perfected.
Moving away from contorted, "high-fashion" angles toward grounded, statuesque poses. Think of a seated subject with a direct, piercing gaze that suggests a quiet confidence.
Sharp blazers and wide-leg trousers in heavy wool or crepe.
A curated style gallery for a matured shoot prioritizes texture and structure. The wardrobe serves as a frame for the individual’s personality:
Bold, singular accessories—a heavy gold cuff or a structural leather bag. Technical Execution and Art Direction The artistry of a matured photoshoot lies in its restraint.
Minimalist interiors or weathered urban landscapes provide a backdrop that feels grounded and authentic. The Cultural Impact
Old style karate techniques and training methods still remain in our system. We train with those methods, which are rarely seen in other Ryuha these days.
