Run the Create_Custom_GotR_v1.9.2.bat file found inside the extracted folder.

A folder named MY_CUSTOM_PATCH will be created. Copy all files from this folder into your main Saints Row 2 installation directory. Overwrite any existing files when prompted. Saints-Row-2.rar
