The results are... mixed. While she lands a "hot doctor" named Arthur, the date takes a depressing turn the next morning. When Jen reverts to her human form, Arthur’s interest evaporates instantly, proving that some people only care about the superhero glamour and not the smart, capable woman behind it.

While fighting off goblins, Jen is also fighting off the frustrations of dating in her 30s. After her profile as "Jennifer Walters" gets zero traction, she decides to lean into her Hulk persona.

The main plot kicks off when Wong (Benedict Wong) discovers that a former Kamar-Taj student, Donny Blaze, is using a stolen Sling Ring to spice up his lackluster magic shows at the Mystic Castle. After Blaze accidentally sends a tipsy audience member named (with two Ns and a Y, but not where you think!) through a portal and into Wong’s living room—spoiling The Sopranos in the process—Wong decides enough is enough.
