Identify the 20% of your current traits that bring 80% of your joy. Keep those. For the rest, imagine a version of yourself that is 10% bolder. What does that person do on a Tuesday morning?

Eventually, the new behaviors stop being things you do and start being who you are . You’ll know you’ve arrived when you no longer have to remind yourself to act differently—it becomes your default setting.
