Click the button in the MRT software. You will see a progress bar and a log of the internal communication.
: Set this to "Auto" so the software can automatically detect the device once connected. Click the button in the MRT software
: If the operation fails on newer 2024/2025 security updates, you may need to use the "Vivo QC" or "MTK" specialized tools within the MRT interface rather than the generic model selection. Click the button in the MRT software
: Ensure MTK or Qualcomm drivers are correctly installed so your PC recognizes the device in "Preloader" or "EDL" mode. Click the button in the MRT software
: If the phone keeps booting to the charging screen, try connecting it without holding any buttons, or use a different USB port.
The software should now show a "Corresponding Device Found" message.
