"Embracing My Curves and Silences"

As I was trying on outfits, I kept thinking about all the times I've let my fear of what others might think dictate my choices. Whether it's what I wear, where I go, or what I say, I've often found myself shrinking or adjusting to fit into spaces that weren't made for me. But something shifted for me on this trip

But something shifted for me on this trip. I realized that I've been giving so much power to people who don't even deserve a second thought from me. I've been letting their potential judgments and criticisms silence me, when in reality, I have so much to say.

I hope this post finds you all doing amazingly well. I just got back from a weekend getaway with some girlfriends, and I'm still on a high from the laughter, good food, and quality time spent together.
