The story follows (Devon Sawa), a tattoo artist and ex-convict who becomes the prime suspect in a brutal mass murder of Hollywood starlets. After a lighter from his shop is found at the crime scene, he is pursued by detectives Bill Freeman (Bruce Willis) and Freddy Vargas (Luke Wilson).
