Suddenly, the screen lit up with icons and folders. "Look!" Katya pointed. "The songs and stories are all here, waiting for you to download them."
"I didn't have the disk," Timmy said proudly, "but I found the sounds in the digital world! Now I can enjoy English every single day."
"Oh no!" Timmy cried. "How will I learn to say 'Good morning' to the birds or 'Hello' to the sunshine if I can't hear how it's done?"
She typed a few special words into the search bar: "skachat disk dlia angliiskogo iazyka 2 klass enjoy english."
"I don't have the magic disk for Enjoy English ," Timmy whispered. "I can't hear the stories."
He sat at his desk, staring at the empty pocket. He felt like a captain without a compass. Just then, his older sister, Katya, walked into the room. She saw Timmy’s sad face and knelt beside him. "What’s wrong, little brother?" she asked.
Timmy’s eyes widened. He began to tap his feet. He realized that even though the physical disk was missing, the English language was still right there, ready to be discovered. He spent the whole evening listening to the adventures of Billy the Teddy Bear and learning how to count to ten in a voice that sounded like a bell.
With one click, the room was suddenly filled with a cheerful tune. “Hello, hello, how are you today?” a friendly voice sang from the speakers.
