: This is a "resource management" game. Ammo is extremely scarce, forcing you to use the environment—like haystacks or traps—to take down enemies. The "Agony Bolt" crossbow system adds a layer of strategy, allowing you to craft different bolt types (explosive, freeze, flash) on the fly.

: The game excels at "grimy" horror. You play as Detective Sebastian Castellanos, who is pulled into a distorted world where environments shift in real-time. One moment you're in a hospital, the next you're in a blood-soaked forest. The lighting and creature designs are genuinely unsettling.

: Some players find the movement a bit stiff and the original letterboxed aspect ratio (black bars at the top and bottom) polarizing, though the latter can usually be toggled in settings now.

: It is notoriously difficult. The game punishes recklessness; if you try to play it like a standard shooter, you will run out of bullets and die quickly. Stealth is often your best friend.

: Make sure you have all parts (Part 01 through whatever the final number is) in the same folder before you try to extract Part 01, otherwise the extraction will fail.
