Elias felt his knees weaken. He opened the Abbot’s book and read: Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist. 🛡️ : Protection for the heart and soul

The Shadow roared, swinging again. Elias reached with his right hand. He didn’t find a hilt of metal; he found a hilt of spirit. He pulled a blade of blinding light from the air—the Sword of the Spirit , the very Word he had spent his life copying onto parchment. Elias felt his knees weaken

Near the summit, the Shadow itself took form—a towering knight of obsidian. It raised a blade of pure darkness. Elias reached into the air. He had no sword.

Elias began his ascent. By midday, the first trial appeared. A creature of shifting smoke, known as the Whisperer, blocked the narrow path. It spoke with the voices of his past failures, reminding him of every word he had misspelled and every fear he had harbored.
