Adrienn Levai (born 29 November 1986) is a Hungarian handball player who plays for the Hungarian national team and for Vác NKSE in the Nemzeti Bajnokság I.

Levai began her handball career at the Újpest TE, then moved to Ferencvárosi TC, where she won the Hungarian Cup in 2007. She later played for Érdi VSE and Vác NKSE.

Levai made her debut for the Hungarian national team in 2006. She participated in several international tournaments, including the European Women's Handball Championship and the IHF World Women's Handball Championship.
