Go to the top menu and select Filter > Neural Filters .
Click the cloud icon next to any filter you wish to use. The filter will be downloaded and installed as a plugin. Technical Troubleshooting and Performance
A panel will open on the right showing a list of available filters.
Launch the application and open an image.
